1. 2. Check the quality of LED chips: Evaluating the quality of LED chips is mainly measured by two main standards: bare crystal brightness and attenuation. During the packaging process, the yield of LED chip packaging is mainly calculated.
3. Flatness: The surface flatness of the LED display screen should be within 0 ≤ a ≤ 1mm to ensure that the displayed image does not distort. 5. White balance effect: The white balance effect is one of the most important indicators for LED display screens. In color science, pure white is only displayed when the ratio of the red, green, and blue primary colors is 1:4.6:0.16. 7. Whether there are mosaics or dead spots: Mosaics refer to the small four squares that appear on the LED display screen and are usually bright or dark, which is the phenomenon of module necrosis. The main reasons are: ① the quality of the connectors used in the LED display screen is not good, and there are protrusions or depressions; ② The LED light is not aligned; ③ The sealing adhesive process is not qualified. Dead spots refer to individual dots that appear frequently black on the LED display screen, and the number of dead spots is mainly determined by the quality of the LED chip.
